Kahn Research Group's research services focus on human characteristics that shape and define behavior, from the actual movement of a customer in a store towards a specific product over another, to the customer's beliefs about the product that motivates this behavior, to the customer's experience on the product's website that gave rise to those beliefs. In the end, it is behavior, the act of purchasing, or not purchasing, or purchasing a competitor's product, that will determine the success of your business. We believe that opinions and attitudes matter in so much as they influence behavior; while recall is quite often inaccurate and dangerously misleading.
